So che hai un debole per Tokka...

E visto che oggi è il tuo compleanno ne ho approfittato per farti una piccola sorpresina! ^^ Spero ti piaccia!!

This is a little Birthday gift for my friend ~kia88! I know she likes Tokka (Sokka/Toph, if you can't tell xD) and so I decided to sketch this for her! It's not really a "romantic" pic, but... oh well, teasing is the key.

Besides, I've been wanting to draw them together for a long, long time! I kinda used the same technique of my last Kataang pic, but I don't really like the "background"... I didn't know what to put under their butts! XDD Consider that green thing as a sort of grass, 'kay?

One last thing about the pairing itself: I feel quite... neutral about it. The fact is, I love both the characters (Toph is my fave female character!) and I adore their relationship! There are many scenes where you can see Sokka lightly elbowing at her, telling her when's the right moment to leave, teasing each other... and there's the small crush Toph has on him that is unbelievably cute! Their relationship kind of reminds me the one my older brother and I have always had (apart from the crush! XD). That's why I don't care if they didn't end up together at the end of ATLA: I'm perfectly ok with their friendship, because it's so strong and somehow intimate.

And yeah, Fire Nation outfits *___* Because they're beautiful and soooo stylish!

A shame the series never fully addressed this crush she had. No episode where she got over it or anything because of his love for Suki. No Sokka finding out she liked him and having to adjust. Just a wasted opportunity.
